- Configure and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, published applications, and virtual desktops

- resolve L2/L3 incidents
- perform root-cause analysis, upgrades, patching, and access provisioning
- maintain images, profiles, policies, and operational documentation
- support major incidents and participate in an on-call rotation when required.
