What you'll do
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, positioning, meals, and range-of-motion exercises
- take and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output
- respond to call lights
- maintain clean and safe rooms
- document care
- communicate patient changes and progress to the care team
- restock supplies and transport patients as needed.
