Lead Restoration Technician

What you'll do

• Lead water mitigation and restoration projects
• remove affected materials
• place and monitor drying equipment
• take moisture readings and maintain dry logs
• document daily monitoring
• perform mold remediation and antimicrobial applications
• follow containment, HEPA vacuuming, and cleaning procedures
• photograph work
• maintain insurance documentation
• communicate scope changes
• maintain equipment
• help train technicians as needed.
