What you'll do

• Oversee outpatient clinic operations, including front desk, nursing supervision, registration, and patient service representatives
• monitor patient flow, scheduling, access, billing, and collections
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• manage staffing plans and timekeeping
• lead quality improvement
• coordinate with providers, nursing, and hospital leadership
• address patient and family concerns
• monitor supplies, budgets, and operational metrics
• coordinate vaccine services
• optimize workflows, documentation, and EHR use
• support new workflows and digital health tools
• ensure provider credentialing and regulatory compliance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
