Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights This is an onsite position in Dallas, TX. Compensation is not specified. Methodist Health System is a leading healthcare provider in North Texas. This role is responsible for performing a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures for patients, including ventilator support, oxygen therapy, and diagnostic testing.

What you'll do

• Performs respiratory therapeutics including oxygen administration, aerosol therapy, IPPB, Incentive Spirometry, airway maintenance, bronchial hygiene, chest physiotherapy, CPR, and mechanical ventilation.
• Performs and reports prescribed cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis, pulse oximetry, pulmonary function studies, and electrocardiograms.
• Prepares treatment evaluations including bedside respiratory physical assessments, patient interviews, and medical record reviews.
• Interprets CXR, ABG, and PFTs.
• Assembles, checks, operates, and troubleshoots cardiopulmonary equipment.
• Participates in infection control, safety, and quality assurance tasks.
• Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Utilizes appropriate customer scripting.
