Certified Caregiver — In-Home Care

Job overview

The Certified Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Greensboro, NC. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County provides personalized one-on-one support to individuals in their homes. The caregiver supports clients’ physical, emotional, and social well-being through daily living assistance and individualized care. Documentation and communication with families and internal teams help maintain safe, consistent care and promote client independence and dignity.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• prepare meals
• administer medication and manage medical equipment as needed
• promote independence, safety, and dignity
• maintain relationships with clients, families, and internal teams
• and document and report client progress, concerns, and care plans.
