Purchasing and Inventory Control Specialist

What you'll do

• Order materials, supplies, equipment purchases, and rentals
• follow up with vendors on shipment and delivery schedules
• process purchase orders and review confirmations
• maintain inventory and shipment records
• assist with bids, vendor negotiations, freight arrangements, and physical inventories
• operate a forklift and non-CDL flatbed truck for loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery
• maintain CMMIS records and support reporting.
