What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with grounds upkeep and amenity cleaning
• maintain clear common areas
• clean pools and hot tubs and report chemical measurements
• sweep streets, curbs, sidewalks, and steps
• check amenity areas and empty trash
• clean pool furniture and lighting
• assist with preventive maintenance, apartment trash-outs, and make-ready cleaning
• report hazardous conditions
• complete assigned maintenance tasks and resident service requests.
