What you'll do

• Lead daily fleet operations
• monitor utilization, availability, charging, and readiness
• coordinate dispatch and returns
• oversee depot activities and vehicle cleanliness, charging, inspection, and maintenance standards
• support new city launches
• recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff
• monitor KPIs, prepare reports, develop procedures, and support safety and compliance.
