The Clinical Therapist role is onsite in Syracuse, UT; compensation is $62,000–$80,000 per year. The position serves adolescents and families at EOSIS Elevations & Seven Stars, a residential treatment program. The therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy and coordinates treatment planning, case management, discharge planning, and aftercare for an assigned student caseload. The role works with families, schools, referral sources, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress throughout treatment.

What you'll do

• Provide therapy for an assigned caseload of up to seven students and facilitate an additional independent group assignment
• conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• coordinate case management, therapeutic visits, discharge planning, and aftercare
• communicate with families, schools, referral sources, and stakeholders
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in treatment groups, rounds, and case conferences
• support family seminars and staff training
• assist with clinical program development and monitoring.
