The Retail Sales Associate role is onsite in Napa, CA. Compensation is $16.90 per hour. Gopuff’s stated purpose is to deliver everyday needs quickly and bring convenience and predictability to customers. The associate supports a positive store experience through customer service, product recommendations, merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce order fulfillment. The role also helps maintain store and warehouse organization and accurately picks and packs customer orders.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and product recommendations
• maintain store standards through stocking, merchandising, cleaning, and e-commerce operations
• educate customers about ClubBev and the Gopuff app
• pick and pack orders accurately
• receive products and organize the warehouse
• complete operational tasks assigned by management.
