What you'll do

• Maintain high clinical standards by performing patient exams following the same rigorous requirements as staff technologists.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess regulatory compliance and quality assurance while providing critical data for performance improvement plans.
• Manage personnel activities by creating staff schedules, managing PTO requests, and adjusting productivity hours based on patient volume.
• Oversee team development by assisting with staff meetings and addressing performance concerns or clinical activities.
• Ensure departmental safety and excellence by following hazardous medication policies and maintaining a deep knowledge of Imaging Services regulations.
• Foster a collaborative environment by promoting strong communication and teamwork between staff, physicians, and hospital leadership.

Current registration with ARRT is required. If not currently registered, you must obtain registration within six months of hire

Previous experience in a supervisor or management role
