Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Hingham, MA. Pay is $15 per hour. Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a family-owned home services company serving homeowners across the South Shore. The representative follows up with homeowners who have received estimates, helps address questions or barriers, and schedules approved work and consultations. The role supports customers’ decisions about requested repairs and heating or cooling upgrades and coordinates handoffs to dispatch and installation teams.

What you'll do

• Call, text, and email homeowners with outstanding estimates
• discuss service repairs and heating and cooling system replacements
• help customers consider financing options and rebates
• schedule approved jobs and in-home consultations
• hand off work to dispatch and installation teams
• accurately log customer interactions in the CRM.
