What you'll do

• Open deposit accounts and services, including certificates of deposit, savings, checking, money market, club accounts, ATM and debit cards, online banking, and IRAs
• maintain accounts
• answer member questions and resolve problems within policy
• refer exceptions to a supervisor
• comply with applicable regulations
• identify cross-sell opportunities
• follow Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, and customer identification requirements
• travel to other locations as required.
