What you'll do

• Prepare and assemble medical records and charts
• accompany physicians during patient visits and document in the electronic medical record
• attest to scribe documentation with required identifying details and date and time
• update patient history and examination information
• send documentation to physicians for review and approval
• follow office policies including HIPAA
• perform clerical duties that support provider productivity and clinic workflow.
