The Caregiver — Supported Living Staff role is an onsite, full-time position in Fond du Lac, WI, with evening and weekend hours and pay of $17 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Community Living Connections supports adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community. The caregiver helps individuals with daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal goals, following support plans and documenting progress in coordination with managers and care teams.
