What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dish room clean, organized, and stocked
• care for kitchen machines and appliances
• clean cook stations and prepare the back of house for the next shift. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, floor cleaning, trash removal and recycling, and other cleaning or organizational tasks. Report accidents, equipment issues, and food safety concerns
• complete end-of-night dish-machine closing duties
• and help clean dining room floors, patios, and restrooms before business hours.
