Description

We are seeking an Assistant Service Writer to join our Lexus luxury automotive service team. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking routine maintenance and post-sale vehicle prep. This role focuses primarily on processing factory-recommended 5,000-mile (5K) and 10,000-mile (10K) services. You will also manage "due bills" to ensure all post-sale vehicle commitments are fulfilled
