What you'll do

• Administer, maintain, repair, and document operating and support systems
• assist end users and train personnel on information security
• create and troubleshoot reports
• complete workstation tasks and help tickets
• perform maintenance and patches
• troubleshoot systems
• maintain hardware and software inventory
• recommend technology solutions
• escalate risks and suspicious activity
• handle sensitive information according to policy.
