Maintenance Technician, Deer Valley Apartments

What you'll do

• Prioritize, schedule, and complete maintenance requests
• order materials, supplies, and parts
• complete unit turns
• supervise maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers
• conduct performance evaluations and counseling
• implement preventive maintenance
• inspect grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• complete management reports
• support emergency maintenance coverage
• conduct monthly safety meetings
• maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas
• ensure electrical work complies with applicable codes.
