Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director role is onsite in Deerwood, Minnesota. Compensation is $125,000–$135,000 per year. Water Resources Group is a family-owned civil construction organization specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure and heavy civil and commercial/industrial construction. The director leads the HR function and team, partnering with company leaders to support employees, maintain compliance, strengthen HR systems and processes, and support the organization’s growth across its operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the HR team
• advise leaders on employee relations, performance, staffing, and organizational needs
• oversee recruiting, HR systems, policies, compliance, benefits administration, payroll coordination, labor practices, reporting, workforce and succession planning, organizational development, and the HR budget.
