• Develop and implement the DataComm sales strategy and annual targets

• oversee inventory management with Purchasing
• maintain the DataComm Dashboard
• use CRM and business intelligence tools
• manage growth plans, sales funnels, and market penetration
• support territory managers and collaborate with Marketing
• monitor gross profit and vendor relationships
• participate in pricing and major opportunities
• lead meetings, coach team members, and manage performance.
