What you'll do

• Provide brushing, bathing, and conditioning
• groom and style pets according to owner instructions or breed standards
• maintain pet wellness and safety
• understand pet parents’ needs and recommend relevant products and services
• participate in community outreach
• clean the grooming environment
• assist store team members during grooming downtime
• complete required safety, bather/brusher, and Grooming Academy training certification.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of grooming experience and formal training certification or experience under an established groomer; candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Certified groomers may qualify for a $500 sign-on bonus after hire and completion of a 90-day probationary period.
