What you'll do

• Oversee food and supply budgets and purchasing, food preparation, service, and storage
• recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• develop schedules and monitor budgets
• manage special nourishments and supplemental feedings
• ensure safe food receiving, storage, preparation, and service
• maintain cleaning schedules and food-safety practices
• process diet orders and changes, update diet cards, and complete assigned MDS sections on time.
