What you'll do

• Execute recurring UAT and post-deployment validation
• validate tickets against acceptance criteria and track defects
• provide first-line CMS support
• troubleshoot authoring, publishing, and configuration issues
• manage platform configuration and user access
• support publishing workflows and urgent updates
• clarify requirements and refine Jira tickets
• maintain SharePoint documentation
• communicate downtime and release updates
• support user onboarding and enablement.
