The crew leader helps install mulch at customer properties while operating and maintaining a blower truck safely. The role coordinates a small crew’s work, communicates with clients, and helps ensure installations are completed carefully and safely.

What you'll do

• Install bark and other mulch in landscape beds
• drive the blower truck between loading locations and job sites
• load, reload, and unload materials
• operate the blower truck by remote
• communicate professionally with clients
• clean installation areas
• perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report repairs
• identify hazards and take corrective action.
