What you'll do

• Oversee meal preparation, service, and sanitation
• supervise and schedule dietary staff
• develop menus that meet nutritional guidelines and resident needs
• ensure physician-ordered diets and texture modifications are followed
• monitor food quality, presentation, portions, and resident satisfaction
• enforce sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
• manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, and budget
• maintain compliance records
• collaborate on resident care plans
• participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement
• address resident and family concerns.
