What you'll do

• Build reusable self-service metrics, dashboards, analytical products, skills, and agents
• partner with Product and Engineering to embed analytics and decision logic
• create semantic layers and metric frameworks
• develop predictive, diagnostic, and causal models
• conduct scenario modeling and experimentation
• partner with data engineering on data models, pipelines, and feature datasets
• validate models and raise analytical quality
• mentor analysts and data scientists
• lead cross-functional analytics projects.
