Athletics Program Assistant

The Athletics Program Assistant role is onsite on O‘ahu, HI. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position supports athletics programming at The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Hawaii. The assistant helps plan, coordinate, and deliver athletics programs and activities, working with coaches, instructors, volunteers, parents, and other departments. The role also maintains program records and supports safe, organized activities aligned with the center’s mission and policies.

What you'll do

• Support athletics program planning, coordination, and delivery
• collaborate with coaches and instructors
• assist gym attendants, coaches, and volunteers
• help organize staff training and screenings
• coordinate vendor and instructor logistics
• maintain registration, attendance, waiver, and staff records
• assist with inventory and supplies
• communicate with parents
• support safe field trips.
