What you'll do

• Analyze healthcare datasets such as claims, EHR, FHIR, and registries
• evaluate performance, utilization, and program outcomes
• define data requirements, metrics, and quality controls with engineering, product, and subject matter experts
• build curated datasets, data models, and dashboards using SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools
• conduct clinical, operational, and policy analyses
• document data standardization and transformation rules
• validate data pipelines and investigate anomalies
• communicate findings through narratives and visualizations
• monitor data health
• support data strategy and mentor colleagues.
