Purpose (Overview of the job). The Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the development and performance of the team. In addition, the Manager works with the GM to oversee the financial management while optimizing profitability. The primary goal is to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and provides the GUEST with a positive experience.
