The Metal Prep Technician — TFC Division role is full-time and onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with a Monday–Friday day shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Skyline Products manufactures electronic price signs and transportation systems. The technician prepares raw metal materials to specifications before they move to welding or assembly. The role uses shop cutting, CNC, and grinding equipment, interprets drawings and work orders, handles materials, and checks dimensions and surface quality while following shop safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain a clean work area and perform tool safety checks
• interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and work orders
• set up and operate saws, shears, plasma cutters, or CNC cutters
• grind and deburr material edges
• sort, tag, and move materials using cranes, forklifts, or carts
• inspect dimensions and surface condition before routing parts to welding or assembly.
