The role leads construction execution from planning through closeout, coordinating field teams and trade partners while managing safety, schedule, cost, quality, changes, and client communication to deliver projects in line with client expectations and CRB standards.

What you'll do

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout
• coordinate superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, and commissioning
• manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement, documentation, risks, and reporting
• promote safety and quality
• manage subcontractor performance and client communication
• monitor financial performance and escalate risks.
