What you'll do

• Develop and maintain nursing service objectives, standards, procedures, and organizational plans
• lead infection control program and committee
• coordinate staff competencies, MDS education and backup, Medicare certifications, resident care plans, quality assurance, and required in-services
• supervise nursing staff
• fill nursing floor shifts during critical staffing shortages
• participate in nursing leadership on-call rotation
• fulfill Director of Nursing duties during an opening or long-term absence.
