The IT & AI Infrastructure Specialist works onsite in Fresno, CA; pay is $28–$32 per hour. The role supports Betts Company’s technology infrastructure, IT operations, security, systems administration, automation, and AI capabilities across business divisions. The specialist maintains reliable and secure technology systems while supporting AI agents and automated workflows. The role works across business functions to identify use cases, administer integrations and access, monitor performance, and improve technology operations.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day IT operations and projects
• oversee servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, enterprise applications, telecommunications, and mobile infrastructure
• monitor availability, performance, capacity, security, and reliability
• troubleshoot systems and maintain documentation
• support service desk metrics and escalations
• evaluate and deploy AI agents and workflows
• administer integrations, permissions, and automation platforms
• establish testing, monitoring, change-control, and security practices for AI
• support cybersecurity, backups, recovery, business continuity, enterprise platforms, vendor coordination, and technology planning.
