The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Arlington, TX, and pays $20–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and preventive maintenance work
• inspect facilities and test equipment and building systems
• clean and replace air filters
• dispose of infectious and contaminated waste according to safety guidelines
• maintain grounds
• repair lighting
• assist with mechanical and electrical equipment
• perform janitorial duties when needed
• follow lockout/tagout, infection-control, OSHA, and safety procedures
• support facility quality-improvement initiatives.
