The Senior Department of Defense Risk Management Framework Subject Matter Expert role is hybrid, with part-time onsite support in Charleston, SC or the National Capital Region and remaining workdays potentially eligible for telework. It develops and maintains Common Control Provider authorization packages, validates inherited controls, coordinates assessments, and supports continuous monitoring and authorization initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain enterprise Common Control Provider authorization packages in eMASS
• identify, document, and validate inheritable security controls
• clarify shared responsibilities with system owners and ISSOs
• validate security boundaries
• coordinate assessments
• track Plans of Action and Milestones
• manage enterprise vulnerabilities
• support continuous monitoring and cATO initiatives
• advise senior government stakeholders.
