Day Habilitation Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, orient, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff
• meet with staff about performance, service delivery, and program planning
• oversee staff and service delivery for Day Habilitation
• work with management on individual program planning, records, service provision, and financial compliance
• coordinate individualized plans with participants, staff, and service providers
• attend team meetings as needed.
