Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive is a remote role for the United States, with the company’s distributed team working across the United States and Ontario, Canada. Compensation is $120,000–$135,000 per year in base salary, plus equity and benefits; variable pay and bonuses are discussed during the interview process. AssetWatch builds predictive maintenance solutions to help manufacturers improve uptime. The role drives new customer acquisition and expansion by selling predictive maintenance solutions to industrial customers. It owns enterprise sales from prospecting and discovery through pilots, commercial negotiations, and signed agreements, while coordinating with customer success, product, marketing, and leadership.

What you'll do

• Own named enterprise accounts
• develop account plans for new customer acquisition and multi-site expansion
• build pipeline and meet revenue targets
• lead discovery, pilots, proof-of-value work, and enterprise rollouts
• engage plant-level and executive stakeholders
• present ROI-based business cases
• negotiate commercial terms
• collaborate cross-functionally
• maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy.
