What you'll do

• Lead shop operations
• travel to support shops with training, staffing, or operational needs
• assess performance gaps and coach teams
• support acquisition preparation, takeover, and stabilization
• train teams on policies, procedures, inventory, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
• assist with shop setup, systems conversion, onboarding, and KPI tracking.
