What you'll do

  • Collect, analyze, and report quality and outcome data
  • assist with audits, chart reviews, and regulatory surveys
  • support accreditation and licensing compliance
  • contribute to quality improvement projects and root-cause analyses
  • monitor corrective action plans
  • update policies and training materials
  • coordinate quality committee meetings
  • develop dashboards and reports
  • collaborate with clinical teams on documentation and service requirements.
