Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst

Job overview

The Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $125,000–$150,000 plus bonus. Crusoe builds and operates AI infrastructure with an energy-first approach. The analyst owns the Visier platform and develops self-service, AI-enabled analytics for the People team. The role improves access to governed workforce insights, strengthens data quality and documentation, and enables People partners to answer questions and make data-informed decisions without waiting for an analyst.

What you'll do

• Own Visier configuration, metric definitions, security models, releases, and vendor relationship
• build metrics, boards, and alerts
• manage data platform integration with Data Engineering
• define data quality checks and drive fixes
• document data models and business logic
• enable People teams through training, office hours, and documentation
• develop a self-service analytics roadmap and reporting cadence.
