The Reliability & Maintainability Engineer role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Compensation is not specified. Long Wave Inc. supports Department of Defense programs and product support activities. The engineer analyzes reliability, maintainability, and availability so system designs meet contractual performance requirements and can be operated, maintained, and sustained throughout their lifecycle. The role works across engineering, logistics, suppliers, and customers to develop requirements, assess designs, and support verification and sustainment.

What you'll do

• Perform reliability and maintainability analyses for system design, integration, verification, and sustainment
• allocate, derive, and track RMA requirements
• develop reliability predictions and analyses including MTBF, MTTR, failure rates, and availability
• develop and maintain FMECA
• perform maintainability and testability analyses
• support FRACAS failure tracking and root-cause work
• evaluate design and engineering changes
• incorporate R&M considerations into architecture, design, interfaces, and requirements
• support technical, customer, and design reviews, risk assessments, and program milestones
• support BOE development, schedules, proposals, and planning.
