The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Niles, Illinois. Pay is $19.50–$26.00 per hour. Aperion Care Niles provides resident care and support in a care facility. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities and social engagement, follows resident care plans, and communicates changes in residents’ needs to clinical leadership. The role also supports resident privacy, dignity, safety, and comfort while documenting care and following professional and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide care based on resident care plans
• assist with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement
• communicate changes in resident needs to clinical leadership
• approach and care for residents with dementia
• perform duties within the scope of certification and experience
• maintain resident privacy and dignity and follow HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
