What you'll do

• Interview members and prospective members to identify borrowing needs
• originate and process consumer loan applications
• analyze credit reports, income, collateral, and debt
• make lending decisions within delegated authority and recommend exceptions
• structure loans to meet member needs and risk standards
• explain loan terms and related products
• prepare and review loan documents
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• monitor portfolio quality
• assist members facing hardship
• conduct collections and recommend loss mitigation
• build member relationships and support business development.
