Production Lead

What you'll do

• Delegate team member tasks to meet production KPIs
• understand production requirements and work instructions
• respond to abnormalities and manage process quality
• communicate with previous shifts and cross-functional teams
• develop and track countermeasures for downtime, quality, KPI targets, and safety
• troubleshoot
• ensure team member training and current job procedures
• coach and develop team members
• hold associates accountable for safety, quality, and conduct
• stop production when quality or safety issues arise.
