What you'll do

  • run and interpret validation experiments with wet-lab and computational colleagues
  • pursue scoped research questions and document results
  • simulate assay behavior under variable conditions
  • develop statistical approaches for threshold setting and performance boundaries
  • assess bioinformatics pipeline parameter sensitivity
  • document code, methods, results, and interpretation
  • contribute to SOPs and analytical reports
  • and communicate findings across teams.
