Asset Engineer / Asset Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assets from acquisition through deployment, maintenance, repair, and retirement
• monitor condition, utilization, downtime, maintenance history, and performance
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• investigate recurring failures and corrective actions
• recommend repair, rebuild, replacement, or retirement
• maintain asset records and coordinate equipment allocation and transfers
• support maintenance planning and troubleshooting
• assist with capital planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
• report asset performance indicators
• coordinate with vendors and evaluate repair quality, cost, and turnaround.
