What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• complete clinical assessments and contribute to level-of-care recommendations
• develop treatment plans with patients and the interdisciplinary team
• facilitate evidence-based recovery-focused groups
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• document care in the electronic health record
• participate in team meetings and care coordination
• support relapse prevention, coping skills, and transition planning
• complete risk assessments and safety planning when clinically indicated
• help develop the outpatient program.
