The project manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects across mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection disciplines. The role coordinates teams, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Lead project planning and implementation
• manage schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts
• build relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• oversee subcontractor scopes, contracts, and performance
• manage scope changes and change orders
• monitor progress and mentor site leadership on safety, productivity, and quality
• prepare financial analyses
• facilitate meetings with owners, architects, and engineers
• supervise and mentor project staff.

Why this role

Requires 7–10 years of commercial construction project management experience and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, BIM, Procore, and prior military experience are preferred. Occasional local travel may be required.
